WOW!!!  So much has happened in just this past short year.  Time seems to fly by faster and faster every year.  I wont make this post too long or drawn out, I'll just get right down to it.  Most of what I learned this year was about love, commitment and forgiveness.

1. I can choose who I love.

2. I CAN'T choose who I have feelings for.

3. Love isn't a feeling, but rather a committed determination to stand by a person no matter what.

4. I can't be perfect no matter how hard I try.

5. There actually ARE people who wont give up on me and love me no matter what (besides God.)

6. I have to learn to listen to God and to my own heart, not so much what everyone else says or thinks.

7. To change who I am for anyone is complete insanity!

I'm quite sure I will forget some of these occasionally, and I'll come back here to remind myself.  Just to let you know, all of these things apply to you too.  Hopefully if you ever forget them, you'll come back here to remind yourself too.  God bless, Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!!!!!!!

Thank you Lord for all the little things...For every breath I breathe, for ever time I swallow, for every time I blink, for everything!  Thank You for every meal I eat, for the ability to feed myself without help.  Thank You for letting me get out of bed on my own every day and with ease!  Thank You.  Thank you for each precious heartbeat that you give to me second by second... Thank You for bottling my tears in bottles in Heaven.  Thank You for holding me when I cry and never taking Your eyes off of me, Thank You for never ever leaving me alone!  Thank You for my eyesight even though I need glasses.  I just wanna say thank You because I know I don't thank You every day for all these "little" things that to me aren't little, we would be so lost without them. But we would be more lost without You!!

Dreams...What are they really? Mere concepts of the mind? Nay! What was America at one time? 'Twas but a humble dream within the hearts and minds of our noble forefathers! Though they could not see the monumentally large building in New York City nor the Golden Gate Bridge with their physical eyes, they could see the potential of America with the eyes that I call dreams. Even this very universe was once a dream in the heart and mind of God Himself. He is the greatest dreamer of all!!!! He dreamed every human being who is on this earth, was on this earth and who ever will be on this earth before He even created the earth! Dreams are glimpses into what could be your future! Never give up on your God-given dreams! Why, what would have happened if Albert Einstein would have listened to his teacher who told his parents that he was unteachable!?! Or if Walt Disney would have just given up like a quitter when he got fired from his job as at a newspaper for "lacking creativity"? Everything on this earth was once a dream; people, animals, furniture and even the earth itself. So, will you do it? Will you be the next Albert Einstein or Walt Disney? Will you dare to dream?
